Big Red Chef, Personal Chef Service is the solution to all of the above! We are a complete in-home meal preparation service that includes: menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, packaging and kitchen clean-up. And since we arrive with all of the groceries, cooking utensils, linens and cleaning products, there is nothing for you to supply.

Catering for Special Events, Dinner and Cocktail Parties

We can prepare anything from an array of fabulous appetizers to an elegant 4 course dinner.  Offering personalized menus including unique party themes, barbecues and ethnic specialties. All you have to worry about is what to wear.

Cooking Classes

Do you wish you could learn to cook healthier meals for your family with the least amount of time and effort?  Would you like to spice up your spice cabinet but don’t know where to start? Maybe you just want to learn the basics of preparing a few delicious sauces or perfect, flaky pie crust. Whether you’ve never held a knife or want to hone your knife skills, we’ve got you covered.

All classes are hands-on, educational and fun. You’ll learn new cooking techniques and shortcuts to apply to your everyday meal preparation. You will take away delicious recipes you can tweak to suite your families’ taste. We’ll touch on basic knife skills, selection and maintenance. And you can test drive new kitchen gadgets. So come and bring a friend.
